Dinner Honoring the Woodland Christian Football Team and Coaches!
I transformed a 40' x 60' White Tent into a colorful and energetic space perfect for celebrating the season highlights and unforgetable memories shared between this tight knit group of players, coaches, fans, friends, and families! I used the red and black team colors as a base, jerseys and helmets to add a personal touch, and football printed fabric as a simple table runner. Balloons were perfectly appropriate for this festive and casual event.
Ice cold Coca-Cola was made available to guests upon entering. What better beverage to serve for a classic American celebration of Football!
A Three-table long mexican food buffet was needed to satisfy the appetites of the football team! Each guest was able to customize their dinner with an array of fresh salsas and condiments

The tent walls were lined with mega sized action shots of the Senior boys, fun for guests to look at between events and great for the guys to take home as a memory.
Guests snacked on homemade caramel corn with roasted peanuts while the coach played a video of the season highlights. The sweet-salty crunch is perfect to serve after a large mexican meal.
Candle Lanterns lined the Hilltop Tent at Windmill Vineyards.
